The technology of STCAN is based on a patent proposed by COGNISCAN, called Cognitive Scanning. To make this patent possible, COGNISCAN developed all the necessary technological elements: a unique microwave sensor, a reconfigurable and ultra-fast RF switch to intelligently activate the antennas, an ergonomic mechanical support, as well as software integrating highly precise image reconstruction algorithms. The integration of these innovations, all designed by COGNISCAN, made it possible to realize Cognitive Scanning, an advancement that paves the way for non-invasive, rapid and reliable brain diagnosis.
